Currently I am a fellow in the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University in Ottawa. Previously, I was a research fellow at the Leonard Davis Institute for International Relations at Hebrew University (Jerusalem) and a Postdoctoral Fellow in Security at Masaryk University (Brno, Czech Republic).  I conduct research and publish on intervention in violent conflicts, Responsibility to Protect (R2P), gender, children in conflict, international mediation, human security and protection. Previously, I worked for international organizations including for the United Nations in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Oxfam (East Jerusalem and West Bank).
